Celebrating Saintbridge House Nursing and Residential Home’s Outstanding CQC Rating

A huge congratulations to Saintbridge House Nursing and Residential Home, part of 3AB Care Limited, on receiving an Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission.

The rating, published by the CQC in April 2026, recognised Saintbridge House as a service where people are placed at the heart of care. Following its inspection in February, the home was upgraded from Good to Outstanding overall, with its Caring and Well-led areas also rated Outstanding.

This is a significant achievement and a well-deserved recognition of the dedication, compassion and high standards shown by the Saintbridge House team every day.

To mark the occasion, our Support & Customer Success Lead, Miranda Childs, had the pleasure of joining the Saintbridge House team for their Outstanding celebration. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate alongside the people who make the home such a special place for residents, families and colleagues.

The CQC highlighted several areas of strong practice at Saintbridge House, including its person-centred approach, visible and supportive leadership, strong culture of learning, and safe medicines management. Inspectors noted that medicines were managed safely, with trained staff, clear protocols and processes in place to help ensure people received the right medicines at the right time.
