Introducing new Order Tracking page, and User Management page
New Order Tracking page
- Review the dashboard — see which homes have residents awaiting orders, and which homes have late orders.
- Click into a ward to view resident-level details - Check which residents are missing orders, see which prescriptions (Rx) have been received.
- Click each resident to view full order details for every resident. Mark orders that have received a prescription.
- Export or print reports to share missing items with care homes or GPs.
Our new Order Tracking dashboard will show raw, unaggregated care home order data. It flags homes that are late to place their orders, and you can mark which orders have received prescriptions.
How to use it:New User Management page
- Go to "Configure", select "Pharmacy Users"
- Select Add New User, enter staff details, and the user will receive a temporary password via email/text.
- The user logs in, sets a new password, and is ready to go.
- If a staff member leaves the pharmacy, mark them as Inactive.
- Enable MFA for extra security.
- If a user forgets their password, managers can reset it.
Manage your staff logins directly from the portal. This gives managers full control over user access and security.
How to use itNew Clinical Risk banner
- New Clinical Risk banner will be displayed on schedules of drugs that have schedule sensitivity. If we detect that the schedule entered exceeds BNF recommended frequency, we will display a banner to flag a review.
